The admission of students into the four year B.Sc degree in Economics and Development Studies is conditioned on a student attaining a minimum qualification of five credit passes at GCE/SSCE/NECO examination and must University Matriculation Examination and further pass the screening test
conducted by Igbinedion University, Okada.
For direct entry admission into the second year of the degree programme, such students shall have passed in at least two subjects at the advanced level in GCE in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration and additional subsidiary subjects; or obtained at least lower credit in NCE
Mathematics and Economics or National Diploma in Business Administration/Management or Accounting or Banking and Finance plus five credit passes at the GCE/SSCE.
